On March 6, 2025, the Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program (MPNP) conducted its latest Expression of Interest (EOI) draw, issuing a total of 111 Letters of Advice to Apply (LAAs) to candidates under the Skilled Worker streams.
Breakdown of the Draw:
Skilled Worker in Manitoba: 98 LAAs were issued, with the lowest-ranked candidate having a score of 861.
Skilled Worker Overseas: 13 LAAs were issued to candidates directly invited under a strategic recruitment initiative, with the lowest-ranked candidate scoring 724.
Notably, out of the 111 LAAs issued, 27 were granted to candidates who declared a valid Express Entry profile number and job seeker validation code.
Candidates who received an LAA in this draw are now eligible to submit their applications for a provincial nomination, which can lead to Canadian permanent residency. The MPNP continues to play a crucial role in selecting skilled workers to meet the province's labor market needs.
