British Columbia Holds Second Entrepreneur Immigration Draw of 2025, Invites 13 Applicants

On March 18, 2025, the British Columbia Provincial Nominee Program (BC PNP) conducted its second Entrepreneur Immigration (EI) draw of the year, inviting approximately 13 entrepreneurs to apply for provincial nomination. Invitations were issued under both the Base and Regional streams, with a minimum score requirement of 115 for the Base stream and 123 for the Regional stream.

This draw follows the first Entrepreneur Immigration draw held on January 28, 2025, where 10 invitations were issued — both streams requiring a minimum score of 123 at that time.

The Entrepreneur Immigration streams aim to attract experienced business owners and innovators who can contribute to British Columbia’s economy, particularly in regional communities seeking business development and economic growth.
