Application Process:
Secure a Nominator:Obtain a nomination from an Australian citizen, permanent resident, or organization with a national reputation in your field.
Submit an Expression of Interest (EOI): Provide details of your achievements and how you can contribute to Australia. EOIs remain valid for two years.
Receive an Invitation:If selected, you'll receive an invitation to apply for the visa, valid for 60 days.
Lodge the Visa Application:Submit your application online, including all required documents and fees.
Priority Processing Tiers
The Department of Home Affairs assesses EOIs based on a priority system:
Priority 1:Global experts with prestigious international awards(e.g.Nobel Prize).
Priority 2:Candidates nominated by Australian government agencies.
Priority 3:Individuals with significant achievements in Tier 1 sectors(e.g.critical technologies & health industries).
Priority 4:Individuals with significant achievements in Tier 2 sectors.?

English Proficiency:Evidence of functional English(e.g.IELTS score of 4.5 in all components).
