Key Observations:

The 451–500 range remains the most populated segment, with over 72,000 candidates, many of whom are competitive for general Express Entry draws.

20,708 candidates in the 501–600 range may be close to receiving an Invitation to Apply(ITA)if the CRS cut-offs remain within recent trends.

The 601–1200 group, consisting of 416 candidates, largely includes those with Provincial Nominations, which add 600 CRS points to their profiles.

A substantial number 68,267 candidates sit in the 401–450 range, many of whom may need either higher language scores, job offers,or provincial nominations to become more competitive.

This distribution is a snapshot taken just one day prior to the April 28 PNP-specific draw, which required a CRS of 727 or above. It underscores the importance of strategic profile enhancement and alternative pathways like the Provincial Nominee Program (PNP) for those with lower CRS scores.

IRCC updates the CRS distribution regularly, and fluctuations occur as new profiles are added and old ones expire. Immigration experts advise candidates to monitor these trends and take steps to increase their scores through additional credentials, job offers, or by pursuing PNP opportunities.
